Such a lovely friendly and helpful atmosphere the telephone support and advice I got when I called to ask what to do was amazing I signed up to the lifelong package and when I got to the vets it was really lovely, on time, professional and helpful and King Pigeon didn’t stress at all she got all her jabs etc and was happy as Larry! We have been with the practice for over 10 years and I cannot recommend you highly enough. Our previous cats (brother and sister) had incredibly complex and challenging problems and the caring attitude we experienced both for them and us, from everyone, was absolutely fantastic. Dani and Jamie really do go the extra mile and their staff do as well. Score 100/10 :-)
All the receptionists we have spoken to have been incredibly pleasant and supportive, and often ask about the wellbeing of our pets. Both vets we have seen are very caring and listen to what we have to say, and never make us feel like we have done something wrong or have wasted their time. They both have been very reassuring when we've visited. Appointments are always kept to time!
I am a first time dog owner and chose Boundary Vets on the recommendation of a Cats Protection Volunteer. Buddy and I were made to feel at ease by the super friendly receptionists. Chloe the Vet was very professional and made us feel confident in her care for Buddy my Cockapoo puppy .5 stars all round ace.
